2. The short version

• This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser (no local storage, no session storage).
• There is no tracking, no web analytics, no advertising, no social media plugins and no newsletter sign-up.
• The fonts are hosted on this server. Your browser does not connect to Google or any other font service.
• Data is only processed beyond the technical minimum when you write me an email yourself.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit a page, the web server automatically records technical data in so-called server log files: your IP address, date and time of the request, the requested file, the page you came from (referrer), the amount of data transferred, and information about your browser and operating system.

I process this data to deliver the website, to keep it stable and to protect it against misuse. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data is not merged with other data and is only stored as long as it is needed for these purposes. I have a data processing agreement with the hosting provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

The connection to this website is encrypted (HTTPS).

4. Cookies and browser storage

This website uses no cookies and does not use your browser's local storage or session storage. The cookie in the corner of the homepage is an animation with a text box. It plays each time you open the homepage and stores nothing, so the site cannot remember whether you have seen it before.

5. Fonts

The fonts (Bricolage Grotesque and Inter) are stored on this server and delivered from there. No data is transmitted to Google or other third parties for this.

6. Contact by email

If you write to me, I process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your message concerns a possible contract, and otherwise my legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). I delete the correspondence when your request is settled and no statutory retention obligation applies.

7. Links to other websites

This website contains links to other websites, for example to publishers or professional networks. As long as you do not click such a link, no data is transmitted to these sites. After a click, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and, where processing is based on legitimate interests, the right to object (Art. 21). If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR). To exercise your rights, an email to s.selmer@stephanieselmer.com is enough.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for me is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, www.lda.bayern.de.

9. Changes

If the website changes, for example because a new function is added, I will adjust this privacy policy. Status: October 2026.
